Post and Courier Finds that Notch8 is more than fried chicken
Post and Courier stopped by the new Notch8 Carolina Kitchen to see what all the fuss was about, and found a lot more than the same old Southern dishes one might expect.

In addition to the new Carolina Kitchen, the Post noted that Notch8’s catering business is still going full-steam ahead, too.
